What is the hourly cost to hire a Thirty Three temporary?
The hourly bill rate is based on your company’s job description and the skill level of the temporary employee. We bill only for hours worked.

What is included in the hourly bill rate?
The bill rate includes the employee’s hourly wage, liability insurance, payroll taxes, workers compensation, unemployment benefits and administrative costs.

What is the length of time I can order a temp for?
Thirty Three places temps in a variety of circumstances, from quick, one-day assignments, to longer-term coverage, such as filling in for an employee on maternity leave, or extended sick/disability leave. Our temp can also become your full-time employee under our Temp-to-Hire program.

I need a temp for only a half day.
What is the minimum time I can have a temp work?
Four hours.

I have a last-minute job and need someone fast.
What is the timeframe for filling a temporary job opening?
A Personnel Coordinator will call you back within 30 minutes of placing a job order, with either the name of the employee who can do the assignment, or a status update.

Can I get someone fast – like today?
Fortunately for you, Thirty Three Temporaries offers a STAND-BY SERVICE to all our clients. From 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon, Monday through Friday, we have two field employees in our office, ready to work.

"Stand-By Service?" That sounds great.
But what happens if two companies want the same temp that day?

Because these temps are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, we strongly encourage you to call us immediately at (312) 236-0033.

How do I pay for a temporary employee?
Every week, timecards will be presented to you for verification. We will also invoice you weekly.

If I am not happy with a temporary employee, do I still have to pay?
If you are unhappy with a temporary employee for any reason, just notify Thirty Three within the first four (4) hours of the work day and we will not bill you.

Can I see the temp’s resume and reference checks?
Certainly. You can request to see the temporary worker’s resume, reference checks and test scores. We can even set up interviews for long-term or Temp-to-Hire positions.

Let’s say the temp is working out fantastically.
Can I hire this person full-time?
The fee for hiring a temporary employee is based on their annual starting salary. It is then discounted, based on the number of weeks the temp has worked.
