What is your screening process?
First, each candidate is thoroughly interviewed. His or her skills are assessed through QWIZ, which is testing software. Academic credentials and employment records are also verified. Once weve completed our screening procedures, we will make a recommendation, or referral.
What type of positions do you fill?
We are not limited to one particular industry or field. We fill administrative positions, ranging from receptionists to top caliber executive assistants. We represent people in sales and customer service positions, as well as professionals in accounting and finance, human resources and consulting. Our job opportunities cover the spectrum: from entry-level to mid-management, and the professional and specialist.

Before you meet with a candidate, well provide you with insight on his or her abilities, potential, personality and attitude traits youll never find on a resume. We will send only the most appropriate people for your job opening. We will let you know what the salary and career expectations are, before you sit down to talk. Finally, many of our candidates are referred to us. They are not necessarily perusing the "Help Wanted" section of the paper. Usually, that means a higher caliber employee who isnt "desperate" for a job, but curious to hear about a better opportunity.
Im very busy. What will you do to help ease the stress of hiring?
We know youre busy. So, let us handle the interview coordination. Well provide you with insight about each job candidate, and follow-up after each interview with feedback. Well also keep you informed on what the market is offering, in terms of salaries and benefits, and help you do the final negotiations with the candidate.
How do you ensure client satisfaction?
We carefully track developments throughout the "hiring lifecycle," from start to finish. We consult with you and the job candidate at every step. You will be guaranteed a 30-day evaluation a "trial-run" of how well the candidate meets the job requirements. If the situation and candidate are not working out, there is no obligation to hire the person. Or, if you need more time to evaluate the candidate, just request an extension.
