Temporary Candidates

Are there any costs for me?
No. All fees are client-based.

What is your hiring process?
Each candidate is thoroughly screened. He/she meets with a Personnel Coordinator to review his/her background, which includes an assessment of abilities and skill level. Then, the candidate is asked for references and is tested.

What kind of tests are given?
We use the QWIZ Skills Evaluation System to test on basics like grammar, math, spelling and detail accuracy. Depending on the skill level, we may also test on typing speed, letter formatting, data entry and proficiency with software applications such as Microsoft’s PowerPoint.

How soon will I be able to work once I complete the testing and screening process?
Immediately!

Can I turn down an assignment?
Yes. If you are unavailable, (or are not interested), in a particular job assignment, just let your Personnel Coordinator know. Explain the reasoning behind your decision. This will help us define your likes/dislikes… and improve our ability to match you with the right position.

How much will I be paid?
Hourly pay rates vary, depending on the job description itself, and your skill level.

How can I increase my pay and skills?
Try one of our free software tutorials on QWIZ. It will not only strengthen your skill set – it may make you eligible for higher-paying job assignments.

Where do you place for jobs?
We mainly place individuals in the Chicago Loop area.

When should I contact you for work assignments?
Your Personnel Coordinator will contact you every Monday for your weekly work schedule. Additionally, you may contact your Personnel Coordinator at any time during the week, to check if there are job assignments available. Always let your Personnel Coordinator know when your schedule changes.
