Vacation Pay
After you’ve worked for 1,000 hours within six-months, you will be eligible for one week’s pay at the rate of your current assignment. You may even be eligible twice a year for this benefit… or two-weeks paid vacation.

Holiday Pay
Thirty Three Temporaries Inc., recognizes six holidays during the calendar year. For eligibility, ask our Temporaries staff.

Insurance
Thirty Three makes medical insurance available to its employees.

Completion Bonuses
Thirty Three temps who complete a three and/or a six month assignment, with no unexcused absences or tardies, receive an extra "completion" bonus: a $50 gift certificate after three months, a $100 gift certificate after six months.

Pay Raises
Employees who have no unexcused tardies or absences become eligible for pay raises after working a specific number of hours.

Referral Bonus Awards
We believe it is good business to take care of your friends and acquaintances! Refer someone to us, and when they have worked for a total of 100 hours, you will receive a check for $100. The referral bonus doesn’t stop there. Qualified candidates are also entered into a monthly drawing, which includes great prizes like Cubs or Sox tickets.

Reactivation Bonus
Candidates who take a "leave of absence" from temp work are always welcome to return. Call up and we'll simply reactivate your file. We will send you a check for $50 if your last assignment was at least six months ago and after you’ve worked 100 hours without any unexcused tardies or absences.

Local Payroll
Payroll is completed on a weekly basis and is drawn from a local bank. There are no interruptions during holiday weeks.

Quality Control Program
A dialogue involves two people, or two sides. We listen to our temps, as well as ask for their feedback. Our Quality Control report not only goes to the client company, but also to the temp that worked there. The temp rates the assignment and our service to him or her. After all, maintaining a reliable pool of temporary workers is our "bread and butter." If we do not have excellent temps to dispatch to clients, we cannot continue or grow our business. By listening, and caring, we build lasting relationships.
